Please remind your classmates to pay for their individual photo packages by TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2005. THIS IS THE LAST DAY OF PAYMENT, after which we will implement the NO PAYMENT, NO PICTORIAL POLICY. A lot of people didn’t want to fall in line yesterday even if they had the money and reply slips ready, thinking that it would be more convenient to pay on Tuesday – but we all know that many people will still cram on that day, right? That will be made difficult by the fact that you will have classes the whole day and so will have limited time to make your payment. But in the interest of all, the Digiprint booth near the classroom of 4I will be open from 8 AM – 4 PM of Tuesday. Please do remind your classmates. For those who have already made their payments but have not yet submitted the STUDIO COPY of their reply slips, tell them to forward these to me by Tuesday also. The SCHOOL COPY of the reply slip goes to the moderator, and we will collect it from them.

Please remind your classmates that the deadline for the YEARBOOK REQUIREMENTS (Write-ups, Directory Information sheets, etc.) is on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2005. Please refer to the guidelines on the letter we issued about the requirements. All the individual and class requirements must be put in the boxes we left in your respective classrooms. Please tell your classmates that the Individual Picture-Taking Schedules will be released by Tuesday. The actual picture-taking will take place beginning Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at the MST Piano Room (1st floor). You will just be pulled out from class by a representative around 10 minutes before your scheduled pictorial. They could bring a polo and a tie of their own liking, if they don’t feel comfortable using the ones in the studio. Also, tell your classmates to bring props/accessories for their HALF-BODY CREATIVE SHOT. You could dress up as your favorite comic book character, actor, or depict a scene from your favorite movie or book! Just make sure that your costume/props are manageable in that it will not eat up too much preparation time. Also, some basic guidelines to follow: NO NUDITY, NO OBSCENITY, NO CROSSDRESSING/ANY CONDUCT UNBECOMING OF A GENTLEMAN. These are basic Handbook rules that we need to follow all the time, and so we need to reinforce them in your pictorial as well. However, these should not be a deterrent for you not to make your creative shot good! Remember, your creative shot WILL appear in the yearbook…

The Class Picture Taking will begin on Tuesday, November 29. We have left the schedules in your classrooms with your TD Exam Proctor, and we asked them to post it in your classroom. Just in case you did not receive it, I am sending the schedule in PDF format so you can double check it. A representative will call your class around 10 minutes before your scheduled slot, after which you must proceed IMMEDIATELY to the PROMENADE OF OUR LADY – the newly-built set of stone steps in front of the flag pole in the 4th year wing. For your class picture, you just need to wear your complete uniform. That means all the rules in the handbook must be followed, including the policy on NO SLIPPERS, SANDALS OR RUBBER SHOES. Remember that we are running on a very tight schedule, so any delays your class will cause may merit certain sanctions. You have been warned.

For your class picture, I believe you will also be photographed for a Class Wacky/Informal shot. You may each opt to bring a prop that is common to the whole class for this (i.e., each one will bring and wear a Top Hat, etc.).
